A lot of black predictions here. All of course could result. Personally I hope not of course since I am a shareholder. The judgments here will impact all of us for sure but consideration of any should also be based on good faith actions on the part of the company management in resolving issues IF substantiated by the court.

I feel a lot has changed since proceedings originated. The financial environment has been tough since 2008 and a fledgling company like PVEC struggles just to be above water. Stock dilution and 'delay' on payment of bills are par for the course.

The court understands this as well and it, IMO, does not benefit society if such difficulties, considering effort of resolve indicated, are not fully taken into account. Court decision may not turn out as you envision.
