Division commanders have a large support staff.

This individual is noted as requiring subordinates to "stay in their lane" and not go outside their assigned areas.
Wave Systems, they better go out of their lanes and be flexible and agile or the company will die.

You already noted the salary. I have to wonder if there was a sign-on bonus.

So yup, no more excuses. There better be deals with this.
