FFGO - I will have to look at my client agreement with ETrade. Last I checked, ETrade was not in a position to be giving investment advice, let alone directing clients and customers to stock message boards for unsubstantiated investment advice.

Could you imagine the legal and financial damage doing such could result in for ETrade, and the parties responsible for doing so?

It is surely something to behold!

The documentation is on its way to the appropriate 3-letter agencies.

How many illegal shares of FFGO did ETrade sell to its clients?

How will the IRS view tax evasion by the institutional investors who were collaborating with ETrade and/or employees or agents working on behalf of ETrade?
