Taking there word on their pr's over the last several months that they are cash flow positive, business expanding with new contracts and clientele, and possible merger/buyout of other existing businesses in the same field (ss increase) the delay could be something big. Company could be waiting on this type of news to finalize and drop 10k with this news imo.Just my 2 cents..
