Late filing....So,is anybody surprised?the only thing these guys do on time is cut their own paycheques....

Why the BOD didn't fire the lot of them,I'll never know-unless they were in cahoots with them...
But it does raise some questions though,I remember way back there was a woman appointed to the Board,well qualified and educated ,who quit abruptly shortly after her appointment,all we were told was the usual stock statement 'the Board thanks her for her help'....in the light of subsequent events,it does make you wonder,doesn't it? I'd sure like to talk to some of these people who were close to the operation,they could probably tell quite a story,albeit not the official version that was fed to the shareholders....

ps....when I raised this question why she had quit so abruptly,I was shouted down and told not to be 'negative'.....and that MrFifer was our 'friend'and we were 'really lucky'to have him on our side.....
