Ive often quoted here, "Jesus never said it would be easy, but He said it would be worth it!" When we are born into the world there is one thing we come to know for certain, this body of ours is going to die one day. During our life span we also know that to one degree or the other we are going to experience problems, sadness, sickness, disease. In this human body, life can be hard at times and often. Heres the thing, when we become born-again and follow Jesus. Even on our worst day we have the blessed assurance of knowing that the very spirit of God is not only with us but He lives in us through the Holy Spirit! The awesome person of the power of the universe...GOD...is living within us to help us get through each and everyday. Now listen...that dont necessarily make the pain any less and that dont necessarily mean that our earthly circumstances are going to get better...but i assure you of this. The supernatural presence a believer experiences in hard times makes ALL the difference in seeing the light at the end of the tunnel! I cant explain it...however for those of you that have a personal relationship with Jesus and have called upon the Lord during the hardships of life...you know exactly what i am taking about! Have you received Jesus into your life to reap the benefits of knowing the great physician as your personal Savior and Lord? The clocks ticking...what are you waiting for?
