You get returned to you in business what you do unto others, just like anything else - only it's obviously a lot worse when you're dealing with someone as large as Apple.

Corning's CEO and execs wouldn't have been dumping out shares like the GTAT execs were. It was Gutierrez and his posse that killed that deal. I'm convinced of that. Apple ended up not trusting him/them and they did something to justify that lack of trust. I don't know that Apple would stick it to a company for no reason. I'm sure they could have found a way to shut down the assignment of continuing IP to CIP and is LQMT in any position to fight that? Hell, no.

The problem is, once again, innocent investors get the screws and these garbage pails walk away with stuffed pockets and no penalty. Try prosecuting someone that they knew what Apple was doing - potential supplier or not. With Apple's well-documented secrecy, it will never happen - unless, of course, some high government official lost money in GTAT, but even prosecution doesn't mean conviction.
