Commitments? Forget this forward looking crap: we've 9 stations already! Someone crunch the numbers on that... Let's say the 9 power stations mentioned in the PR are the smallest WERPO has mentioned at 1MW. Based on past PRs,1MW produces $1mil annually. Across 9 stations,$9mil income.

As for costs,we have how much a plant may cost to build from past PRs,and we even have how much it costs to run a plant (in terms of KWh). Let's put it all together...

+$9,000,000 = income
-$1,800,000 = plant operatin cost
-$1,300,000 = cost of building 9 plants spread over 5 years
-$2,500,000 = miscellaneous expenses
_____________
$3,400,000 = annual profit

Now I may have made some unfounded estimates, but most of these numbers come from past PRs. 650000 to build 1Mw. Cost to produce @ $.02 / KWh. 10MW plant makes 10mil.

I'm no expert, but in my opinion, the numbers show this one to be pretty undervaled, even with my conservative estimates. I am thinking this should be right around $.024 per share. I am open to any criticism or corrections to my opinions.
