Vapor Group Inc (OTCMKTS:VPOR) announced that due to the accelerating sales of its products, it will pay down a part of its debt. It will pay a percentage of 8% senior convertible promissory notes. It has plans to pay more than $1 million in notes held by Hanover Holdings I, LLC. Vapor entered into a private placement with Hanover on April 29, 2014.
