I just walked by a flat screen, with local major city news, that mentioned being arrested with a recreational amount of Marijuana is now reduced to a $25 fine. Extrapolate what that message really is. The government doesn't give a hoot as they see where the legalization issue is heading? People claim they are walking the outdoor rotunda of City Hall (housing judicial court) smoking weed. $IGRW is a top sector pick. Nobody knows when critical mass will hit and take this to .01 plus. IMO
