Qestion to Postyle. Jose...'s recent post shows .145% (45 out of 30,914) en banc petitions granted. Postyle's post shows .23% (01-09) petitions granted or 99.77% denied. That gives V a zilch chance.
After the CAFC clerk invited G to respond to V's petition, Postyle believes it to be standard in cases where response is invited that CAFC judges will vote. 
That begs the question from Postyle: what % chance of granting en banc to V are you now giving. Pl quantify!
