Investors need to actually SEE THE DEAL!
There must be a contract if there was a deal, otherwise it could end up the same as the other TWO TIMES Kolbe was "Acquired."
Investors need to how how much cash(if any) that Kolbe has or will receive, how many shares of stock he has been or will be issued, if they are free-trading shares. Does he get shares valued at one half the trading price? Must he hold the shares for a year before he is able to sell?
Investors here need to ask questions and try to make the company legitimate, or they may suffer the losses of all other Vakser companies.
Investors' money is at stake, investors need to step up and demand answers. These bozos are not the Elite who will look after your best interests.
