Hey G,,,, Trying to sue is a waste of effort. Class actions suits in these cases yield nothing 'cept for the attorneys. The best way is when the SEC nails them and then works with the USAG office and you get a criminal prosecution and hope then for an asset seizure and victim reimbursement. Takes years and you might? get a third when all is said and done. Getting those willing to get the ball rolling (the right way ) is the tough part.

It's fun when the bad guys know it's coming and try and hide the ill gotten gains and the Feds find it. Or when someone sends you pictures of the for sale sign on the mansion the Gov. seized under court order.

Civil suits suck..... Goose uncle Sam and let him do the rest.
