Current PPS is at a neutral position, meaning it can go either up or down. Market is waiting for demo or solid evidence in a very quiet way.
If there is a BO, PPS will go up irregularly before announcement due to news leaking.
Now, feel overall behaviors of VOIS are a little strange, not consistent. Don't know why.
