I am asking if the award is PER DEVICE. I realize that there are certain devices in question. There are about 22 devices that are named in the court papers. Do the math.... is the award an all in award of 960k...or is it 960k per device? I am not clear on that particular detail.....Also, the award can be thrown out by the appeals court if they feel its not reflective of the level of infringement by HTC. Or not.........
