Question for the board...if a patient is prescribed Vascepa for very high triglycerides, what happens if the numbers drop below 500?
Would insurance then refuse to pay...could the doctor be accused of an off label use? This is a catch-22 situation that I hope people on this board can use to show the absurdity of the FDA's position. Thank you Biobilionaire and ALL the others who are fighting this war. This situation with the FDA feels like my own Vietnam War.
