Good ideas, zu, but make sure that Word doc on Googledocs is password protected so only members of the team can read it and edit it - do not allow public access even as read-only, if that's possible. BTW, for those that may not have Office on their machines, OpenOffice is free and Word compatible, and WordPad, which comes on MS machines, has Rich Text Editor functions, but don't think it tracks changes (or who made them) like Word does.
