Wrong. Is d.f. himself a liar? Or ntek letters false.
Because that's who announced the shm wasn't a official shm as no official company business was conducted such as elections, shareholder announcements...etc. ntek and d.f. also announced a real regular shareholders meeting was to be scheduled for June or July. None of that happened. Just because shareholders show up doesn't make it an official SHM. It was also stated it wasn't a closed to the public meeting at that time as well. People were welcomed to come in and look at the wiz bang ntek junk too.

All in ntek literature, just got to know where to luck.
