Among the things that could happen on appeal.....The jury decision could be thrown out......or not. The jury award could be thrown out,and a new trial for damages could happen......or not.Why are you even talking about the Supreme Court? On Appeals Court decisions the Supreme Court decides whether they will hear a case or not. Its not a slam dunk if PTSC wins in Appeals court that the Supreme Court will even hear the case. Sell this stock. It is a cancer in your portfolio and in your life. VHC and WILN are much better choices than this junk.......
