60 minutes Project reccomendations
folks, as someone who was involved with EPADI, I can share some important lessons learned that will help move the ball forward on 60 minutes project

1) Those individuals who form the basis of the 60 Min team should not rely on iHub for routine interactions / communications. You should use Gmail instead. Given the strong filing / organizing and search capabilities of Google email called gmail , its a perfect tool to keep the project moving with greatest efficiency and meet deadlines. It understands the notion of group aliases so its a "snap" to send a quick note to the entire "60 min team" - and everyone gets the email - eliminates needless typing, searching etc. Most importantly, it avoids having to re-use an older unrelated email and a wrong subject line - just because you don't feel like typing 20 different email address. Use the group alias!

2) use "Google docs" to create a online version (MSWORD comptaible) of your outlines that is accessible , by the team members so all can edit and make side-bar comments to each other - that persist - unlike iHub which is only a snapshot of current comments

It allows easy group editing while maintaining version control, example, somebody edits a doc but you want to see the previous versions

learn how to use these tools, it does not take long and will save you a a lot of time in the long term
