Who knows if it really is important or not, but it's something to think about. Sorry about GTAT, but I think of the VPC debacle and that could have turned out the same way if the arbitration in the Colorado forum didn't play out well. The CEO of GTAT was a slimeball. They need to make those guys personally liable when they have been dumping and then the company files for BK - disgusting.
