The thing I liked most about the most

recent filing is there isn't even any indication BKEN is an oil company. They are definitely covering their bases.

Let's just say they are sort of gun-shy:

The company is presently looking at oil and gas properties

Sounds even truthful. Someone associated with the company drives by a Uinta oil rig: Oh, looky looky. Done! They can rightfully claim they have been "looking" at oil and gas properties. After all the statement doesn't say they are going to buy anything - by issuing more of their microcap stock. Yeah I know, how could an oil company resist the temptation of selling an oil asset worth $50M for 50M shares of BKEN. Whatever happened to that refinery for free LOI? LOL

The mystery is after setting up Nations Oil as the pump vehicle, they abandoned it. There could've been pretend wells being drilled all over the place - a herd favorite. They had two PR pretend ventures involving Nations Oil, now vaporized. Their bungling of the usual scam play, gives me hope they will get themselves into trouble with more aggressive bungling. Bring on that magical PR! LOL
