I don't have a problem with opposing views ...in fact I enjoy the debate .

From a biz perspective IMHO Amarins goal is to get the Interim Analysis ( or before ) and have RI stopped for efficacy .
If that occurs , its a whole new ball game..

So to reach that goal you optimize what works , as opposed it opening new fields.....its the most cost effective use of your cash on hand /resources.

We are already seeing push back from insurance co's for off label use ...note posts by Zum and STS ...so I suspect a better use of the companies time is to expand its "on label " script business in an area where they have established a foothold ...especially those who resist Statin use to control LDL in the Marine market .
