Everything in my posts can easily be verified. USEI is full of lies, misrepresentations and untruths.

This company is in the business of selling shares....that's it. This supposed partnership with the stores is just a smoke and mirrors play. Why don't shareholders know details and financial arrangements about the partnership? I would think you, as a USEI supporter, would care to know this.
