More than anything the shorts want the de-listing notices sent out on VRNG by keeping the price under $1.00. Today's close would be day 16. I think 30 trading days under $1.00 is Friday, November 7th.

Notices will be sent on November 10th. Press released on or by November 13th. VRNG will get six months to cure the notification but the shorts will use this as their mantra.
