My point is that igrw, most likely, is relying on Rule 504 for their exemption from registration (of shares) and that they didn't file a FORM D, which is required, for that exemption. SEC not likey, lOl...this apparent omission...and very much not likey...if anyone is selling Rule 144 shares before their time (one year restriction)...

You do detailed DD but don't explain your overall point as it relates to your posts about IGRW, today. What's your point? Thanks.
