There are NEVER "more buys than sells." The number of shares bought is always equal to the number of shares sold. Every share that is sold HAS to be bought by someone, by definition. Every share that was bough HAS to be sold by someone. Every seller needs a buyer, or there is no trade.
In today's case, the seller had to accept a 17% discount in order to sell his shares to a buyer. That indicates serious weakness, a lack of interested buyers.
Most importantly, never confuse a penny stock with a REAL stock. These scamsters are notorious for manipulating the price through wash trades, trades among related groups of promoters and insiders, any number of deceptive tactics used to trick newbies into thinking there's some REAL action going on.
In reality, the ONLY thing happening is a series of false and misleading PRs and endless efforts by insiders and promoters to dump shares on the gullible public.
Jordan Belfort in "Wolf of Wall Street": "Rich people don't buy penny stocks. They're too smart."
