You seem to forget RCCH and Gene were exonerated of any wrong doing in this case.
Gendarme was the guilty party. So Gene didn't need to be hiding did he?



LMAO, to be exonerated, one must be charged/accused of something. As Gene nor RCCH was charged/accused, what exactly were they exonerated from.

We do know Gene authorized the issuance of at least 2.1 billion free trading shares based on illegal legal opinions from Gendarme's attorney.

If Gene/RCCH did no wrong, they why is there a global lock of the stock? I guess gene/rcch were not "exonerated".
