The insiders have options so they will not buy in until there is actual success, specifically, profits and legal wins. This will not come for awhile. The downside is HUGE (sub 1 penny) if the appeal is won by HTC yet the upside on a win is tiny, $960,000 tiny. A win by PTSC does not mean profits and a benefit to shareholders. That will take many months or years to play out and the patents expire in June of next year so it does not appear that even if things go perfectly there will be enough time to collect very much. Also, HTC can appeal to the Supreme Court and that would eat up the remaining life of the patents making it essentially worthless. Better to sell not and buy back in if things go perfect. It is not like there is gong to be any huge demand for this debacle of a stock.
