No, it's ok. You were asking what we would do with our gains from the sell of AAL the other day. I saw some guys say they would buy rental properties and I thought it was funny cause I had 4 of those and sold 2 to buy AAMRQ. It was risky but in the end far more profitable and less headaches. Owning rentals is great when you get a great renter but pure hell when you get a deadbeat! Screen them well! Background checks, copy of license, and NEVER rent to people with pets!
