The Maker shall pay the Lender interest on the unpaid principal balance of the Term Loan from the date of this Note until the Maturity Date or the Collateral Payment Date at the rate of twenty (20%) percent per year. Interest will be calculated on the basis of a year of 365 days for the actual number of days in each interest period. In no event will the rate of interest hereunder exceed the maximum rate allowed by law." How are you figuring 12% ??? And you can take your boohoo crap and shove it. How you can sit there and act like these guys are not scamming the common share holders is beyond me. Like they say, there is one born every second. Did you even read my warning post??? You don't see anything wrong with this companies past actions. Go ahead then, sink all you cash in, see what happens. Like so many before you, you will see that I am right...
