Simply look back at all the press releases Conman has issued about distribution agreements and contracts and 100M bank LOC... all misleading investors to buy his stock that toxic lenders dump...is he above the SEC laws or just a genius getting away with it...YE gross profits wouldn't even cover half his base salary yet releases he puts out make Eco look like a billion dollar business revenue machine...CEO's can not put out HYPE, need to be factual and referenced in financials...its simply amazing how much fluff he puts out and majority of it never comes to fruition
