that is a very good point sewer

if they had or would have hinted anything definitive about the Indian contract, according to how the SEC views it, it would have fallen into the definition of 'gun jumping' or the releasing of material information that would have certainly affected the price during this quiet period creating troubles with the agency.

The water in the pot is coming to a boil, we shall soon know.
