Answer: The ask was .055 with 37,000 shares offered. Someone placed a buy order for 40,000 shares that was filled with all 37,000 of the .055 ask and then the next best ask was 20,000 shares @ .059. The remaining 3,000 shares to fill the origional 40,000 share buy order was filled from the 20,000 ask @.059.

Shortly after that NITE and other MM's started walking the ask down. Around that time CSTI came in with a bid of 500,000 @ .05, someone stepped in front of them with a bid of .0501, CSTI moved the 500,000 bid to .0505 and then covered their own 500K bid with 21,000 @ .0506 and Etrade currently is setting on best bid with 45K @ .052 while the ask is covered with both NITE and CDEL with a total of 214,048 shares at .0549
