Is Peregrines "volatility" caused by hedge funds?

No. I would say it has more to do with mgmt's credibility and experience. SK did after all admit the BOD and mgmt has no experience bringing a drug to the market. Throw in releasing PR's at 8am and a BOD all tied together with a penny stock history.
