All of my "costing" should be subject to VERY CAREFUL SCRUTINY.

At best, I have provided a framework for proceeding along comprehensive lines of DD and logical thinking.

Please feel free to correct my logic.

I would be very disappointed if everyone simply rubber stamped what I have thrown on the wall. It takes time, patience and effort to see if it sticks or has any merit at all.

Again, at best, I have submitted a proposal for a thesis, and not the thesis, itself.
