I noticed a little interesting detail re decontaminateusa.com the other day snooping around.

One of websites, an aggregaitor (I think someone labeled it) showed that though the website was made at the end of last year that it has only been active for 3.5 months.

Anyone have any suggestions as to what may have changed to cause it to active?
