Where does the $25K come from? Even in the meeting there was a discussion on how each operation has independent negotiations for payment or did I hear that incorrectly? I was busy working and was trying to listen but some things may have escaped me.

Have we ever heard of other insurance companies willing to pick up this cost? I recall it being a big deal when that first one came on board. And indeed it is. I believe that was in CA so what about the areas where all of these other clinics are operating. Are they getting insurance payments from the clients?
