It's been over a YEAR now since he first said he was doing one! Has he fallen off the calmare bandwagon? CTTC's checks bouncing? What?

Maybe Conrad "gifted if stupid's a talent" Sims did something to tick him off. So far, that seems to be about the only skill set Conrad possesses.
