Where did you come up with that piece of information?

Something like that could set Medizone back years. Proposing a new ozone rule doesn't mean it goes into immediate effect. Then there are the reviews of existing applicatons to see how they comply with the new rules. Could take years at the rate they work. Then possibly starting all over again with new applications and testing.

Seriously hope it isn't true though it wouldn't surprise me.

Trying to predict if or when Medizone gets past the EPA is simply an exercise in futility.
