3.AS scrubbers return the room to normal O3 levels. The Room Normalization phase of the process (as described in the brochure) "convert the O3 in the room back into ambient air." The associated graphic gives the impression that the room returns to at least the same O3 level it was before the process. If we could show that AS actually lowers the typical O3 levels, that would be even better, but I doubt we could ever make that claim.
Conclusions: IMO, the EPA won't approve AS for use until after 1) they propose their new O3 rule by Dec 1st., and 2) we can prove that the AS system normalizes the room to low enough O3 levels where hospital staff and patients are safe.
