a pump would be they will be doing something in the future that will be big. then the stock goes up. most of the time the big pump pr doesnt even materialize. Then the dump happens. Thats a pump and dump.

Here we have a company that put out a pr after the company completed their task/ goals at hand. Thats just informing you the shareholder of what the company just accomplished. How can that possibly be a pump.

As per your logic, every company that puts out a pr is a pump. That just doesnt make sense to me.
