So, Rawnoc, here's the root cause of the problem with your 30 day argument as to whether or not Ebolacide-Deux will be/should have been ready:

Seymour used the word, "should", which is a qualifying word, which lends the statement to much ambiguity.

You know, kinda like the words "soon" and "ready" and the phrase "just around the corner." These words and phrases mean different things to different people.
