and what does she tell you, please share with the entire board

I'm sure it's nothing significant like OS shares or why the authorized has been increased

all I've done is send a simple email requesting OS shares and it's been ignored

not that it really matters at this point, there's no recovery from here - can't wait to see the 10Q filing next month
