What money? Money to be made here is from the business, NOT selling shares at .0001. The A/S and O/S are about as high as they can go. A R/S would reduce both and would further dilution via issuing more shares at the R/S pps...but a LOT of developments have to be in place BEFORE any useful "scam" could be perpetuated in selling shares because PEOPLE have to buy those shares....not likely given the history to this point.

Result....PVEC needs to produce something to make their shares worth more FIRST....even IF there is a desire by the company to defraud its investors (doubtful and unlikely) as to their "real" worth. Right now, if the company has any prospect of success towards producing 'something', the current investors win. I say they do...and we win. Worth waiting it out. Sooner than later. Very soon, IMO. Gone this far, fool to leave now.
