IMO your efforts would be better served not trying to deal directly with the FDA. You are playing on their court and playing by their rules. This has been the problem since 2013.

Nobody can say if or when 60 Minutes might decide to do a segment on Vascepa and the FDA, but no one should equate a segment on 60 Minutes to the FDA's SOPs. The FDA has done some bad things. In saying this I am not talking about the decisions they have made regarding the efficacy of V. I am talking about their failure to disclose information to Amarin in a timely fashion. Information that was materially important, information the FDA withheld which benefitted the FDA and possibly other parties aligned with the FDA and damaged Amarine.
