Have you really checked out Ludlow? They get paid for theses pump reports. Russ or a larger stock holder or one of these P&D groups paid to have them do this report. All part of the P&D plain..lol. We will see if it has any effect on this stock. If it does spike it will be short lived and a chance to get out.
