I would also recommend that we request PVEC to verify receipt of our emails and that they need no further information from us. If we do not request that verification they could tell us that they never received the proper information from us and we no longer qualify for the certs. Once again, a way to cull out more honest shareholders.
(All of this being said if the certs are worth anything)
