Nope. The sec has already made the order to revoke asyi registration. It just needs to be enforced with a formal record which is due any day now. 0% chance that ASYI is coming back. It's over already. Anyone who has shares will be able to write them off as loss for 2014 because they are not going to get one red cent for them.
