Well, Dc, maybe you were at the wrong gate - LOL..... Here is a picture of the Cease & Desist, which has been up on the Keystone Mine gate since October 1st. I guess Joel's excuse of abandoning the Keystone because it was "not as good a grade as the Congress tailings" is con-man doubletalk for - "I got evicted for not paying my lease!"
